A note about the 2026 Colorado apple harvest: April’s severe freeze dramatically reduced this year’s Colorado apple crop, and we were fortunate to secure a very limited shipment of Colorado Fuji apples from First Fruits Organic Orchard. While these apples may show some light cosmetic blemishing, occasional missing stems, and natural variation in size, their eating quality has been exceptional—sweet, crisp, juicy, and especially flavorful this season. We expect these to be the only Colorado apples we ship this year, and quantities are extremely limited.
