Shipping
We ship fresh fruit to the contiguous 48 United States.
All fresh fruit orders ship from our orchards in Colorado, United States via UPS or FedEx. We can only ship fresh fruit to physical addresses within the UPS and FedEx delivery areas.
To ensure fresh arrival, we ship all fresh fruit orders Monday-Tuesday.
Orders placed by Friday, 11:59 PM Mountain Time will be harvested and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship fresh fruit to the following types of addresses: Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Mailbox Stores, Addresses that can’t be verified by the shipping carrier’s system, or International addresses. Any orders received addressed to locations outside the contiguous 48 United States will automatically be canceled and refunded to the original payment method associated with the order.
It has become common for most modern web browsers and payment services to auto-fill the shipping address, so please double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with forwarding or replacement of an order that was shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided to us by the customer.
Free Shipping
Fresh fruit orders with Free Shipping are shipped with Expedited (2-day) delivery. Express (1-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Non-fresh fruit orders (jam, dried fruit, etc.) with Free Shipping are shipped with Ground delivery. Expedited (2-3 day) or Express (1-day) shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
For all orders with Free Shipping, carriers are automatically selected based on lowest costs. Requests for a specific carrier for Free Shipping can be accommodated when customer agrees to pay the difference between the automatically selected rate and their preferred carrier’s actual rate, plus a $10 convenience fee.
All orders with Free Shipping to a Colorado address will incur the State of Colorado's twenty-nine cent ($0.29) Retail Delivery Fee (see Shipments to Colorado Addresses section below for more details).
Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Shipping Address
Customer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete and deliverable address. Please double check that your shipping address is both correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays, spoilage, or orders not received by customers due to customers providing an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable shipping address.
In the event the customer provided an undeliverables or invalid address: We will ship a replacement, provided that customer agrees to prepay additional shipping & packaging costs, along with any other costs associated with us shipping a replacement to the correct address.
We will not issue refunds for orders that have been shipped and delivered, unless me made an error. We are not responsible for wrong addresses provided to us by the customer, or for delivery errors made by the shipping carrier.

Shipments to Colorado Addresses
For all orders delivered to a Colorado address, we must collect a twenty-nine cent ($0.29) Retail Delivery Fee which is paid to the State of Colorado. This applies to all orders, including those with free shipping. We do not retain any portion of this fee, and we are required by law to collect it (see Colo. Rev. Stat. § 43-4-218). Depending on the delivery address, we may also be required to collect sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Colorado (Colorado sales tax rates vary by location).
Changes to Orders
We are happy to make changes to orders that have not been processed for shipping. Please contact us with any changes as soon as possible. Last-minute changes may not be possible, as we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been processed for shipping.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please immediately follow these steps to receive a prompt replacement: 1.) Take a clear photo of the damaged package before opening it. 2.) Open the package and take a clear photo of any internal damage. 3.) Notify us by emailing both photos to support@coloradofreshfruit.com. Upon receiving your email with the two attached photos, we will send a replacement right away (the next shipping day).
International Shipping
At this time we are only able to ship domestically to the contiguous 48 United States.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCardⓇ, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Payment Methods Not Accepted
We do not accept any payment methods other than those listed in the Payment Methods Accepted section above.
